On March 23rd, the UK COVID-19 lockdown began.

I saw the fairly rigid structure of my life fall apart, and everything I knew became fragmented (Hence the blog title). My degree, my friendships and my relationship all drastically changed.

Before, I was the type of person to allocate each daily task such as going to the gym, showering and seeing friends a specific time slot in my google calendar. Now you're telling me I have nothing to do and nowhere to be!?

I've been writing down my most intimate thoughts for years as a way of helping me decipher them, and for something to reflect on.
